Keyspan DMR on iBook, problem

Hello friendly people,

I bought that handy little remote which connects via USB ... I had some
trouble initially, but got it to work very briefly before I had that super
big reformat issue ...

Now I am trying again to set it up, I downloaded the latest software (vers
1.4) from Keyspan.com  .. But It does not seem to work ..

Does anyone here use this thing ? Is the LED on the receiver supposed to be
on or off ? (it comes on for 2 seconds, then goes away) .. Is there an LED
on the remote ? Someway to see if the remote is doing something ?
