We need a million strong anti-spam group that will call any phone 
number listed and register a protest about the spam and send a letter 
of protest to any address listed and emails to any email address.

When sellers learn that sending spam is going to result in such a 
nightmare, they will think otherwise.

Another option is to contribute $10 to a fund to pay any hacker that 
takes down a spammer.
