My experience with CCC was great. There are specific install instructions
that need to be followed as I recall to prevent the kind of problems
mentioned. My first use was similarly problematic. In researching the
solution I found the mistake was mine - I read the install instructions too
late! Newer versions may not be so afflicted - but this is one app I'd be
checking out the readme file BEFORE I loaded it.
