[P1] Has anyone experienced excess fan use after updating to 10.3.2 or Battery update 1.1 ?

Almost every room in South Florida is air conditioned and that dries 
out the air but not as much as dry heat will. One client's door knob 
was constantly shocking the men, for some reason the women did not 
generate the static spark. After several years someone decided to put a 
cover on the door knob.
