 Absolutely.
In Safari bookmarks list you'll find a folder called:Imported IE Favourites.
Manually drag anything you want from IE to Safari.
I did not find an automatic way of importing favourites from IE to Safari.
Probably you could also export favourites from IE to, let's say the desktop
and then from desktop to favourites list in Safari.
Any other hint?
