One option would be Key Design Center 3-d, which is a very out-of-date produced by Softkey, which I beleive is no longer published. You might be able to get an old copy somewhere. It has a non-standard interface, but allows you to build up a structure and then look at it in 3-d, and walk through the model. It is aimed primarily at building/home design, and I have found it helpful for visualizing changes we may want to do in our home. By the way, it has both 68K and PPC code, and runs great on a 600 MHz iBook, just to get a little back on topic!
