I saw another portable where the drive is insalled much like the batter on the bottom of the titanium powerbook. And, I owned several Powerbooks with expansion bays. So, I ask, why can't apple design the books so that these user swapable parts are easily swapped from the outside just like the ibook and tiBook batteries? Wouldn't it be nice if the internal hd was really an expansion bay hd, if memory were slot loadable like a PC Card and if the CD/DVD drive were an expansion bay item so I could replace it with an extra hd. Some people may use that drive constantly, but I don't. I think owning a tibook and ibook is a case of dissatisfied happiness... --- I noticed while listening to the Capital Gang on CNN rant on pro and con about UM's 20 points for Blacks that not one of the CG on CNN is Black.
