The tech at AppleCare suggested that I just "reinitialize" with the option under Disk Utility's "erase" command. I haven't upgraded to 10.2.3 yet. Does Disk Utility give me both options? I only noticed re-initialize and I thought the tech representative said that I could only zero all data from an OS 9 cd. This confused me, but I didn't have the smarts to contradict her (by the way, the first female tech rep I've ever spoken to from AppleCare). Would you advise that I go back and start all over from the Jag install cd and look for "zero all data " and then re-initialize? Thanks, Donald
