OT: French Apple help

Folks;

I have a friend who moved to France recently, and is having trouble connecting her mac to her internet via OS X.  She's on wanadoo.fr.  She loves OS X, but can't get this part to work. She's surrounded by PC people even though she's a die-hard mac user.  

Are there any resources or people anyone can suggest?  I'd appreciate any leads. Thanks.
