As I remember it, the gist of his instructions for Li ion batteries is to store them out of the equipment at 40% charge. I tried doing this, but shortly afterwards we had a power failure and I got lazy. I also did a bit of a search on the Apple site and from memory they recommended storing at full charge. Buchmann's science looks more credible to me. I'm interested in other people's experience and ideas on this.
