I have this router/switch, and although it was a long time ago, it seems 
that it was very easy to set up. I think I had one question (PEBKAC - 
Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair), their tech support answered 
it quickly. I have had no problems with it, both for wired and 
wireless/Airport connections.
