[P1] 700 CD-R is only 660???

I don't notice if this was discussed before, but after
a couple CD-R worked fine, suddenly the 700 mb became
660.  Even Itunes believed there was less space.

Has anyone know how to work around this problem, does
Apple know this is happening ?....
