? v.92 - modem on hold ?

Hello

I just joined.
I'm buying a  recent ibook
I have to accept incoming calls.
DSL for the office is to $$$  - $200 /mth + set-up charges.

Lots of confusion on the v.92 feature.


Does anyone have a dial-up connection for a  ibook (post Aug 2002) that 
has an internal 56Kv.92 modem ?  Successfully ?

I realize that the ISP must have v.92 and the phone line needs the call 
wiating option.
