Hi Rich, Are you living in a remote area of the country? I am, and I cannot connect at v.90 speeds. The same thing happens to me; I try, and it stays connected for a few minutes before cutting out. The older phone lines cannot support a v.90 connection it seems. However, at v.34 script speed, it's as stable as can be. Matt
