Measuring moved data .. How to on the iBook ??

Hi folks, quick question ..

How can I see on my iBook how much data I move while being online ???

Background is, I will get 'highspeed' ISDN here soon, which already will
cost me and arm and a leg ... And to top that of, it is limited to 500MB per
month (or I need to part with my other arm and leg ... )  .. So .. Down to
about 17MB a day ..

This morning I was online with a PC on a 33 K connect  .. And the little win
dial up thingie showed me clearly I did 1 MB up and 7 MB down ... Wow ..
Already 8 MB in 2 hours ... And that was just email and reading the news ..

Now .. Is there a way to monitor this on my iBook ????
