However, there are always features that one doesn't really need or know about that come with any new release and after trying them out one becomes addicted and asks how did I live without this? Seriously though I think it may be worth it for you just for the new version of the developer tools and new native versions of the programs you mention that should make the programs scream with speed enhancement compared to what you are using now. If for no other reason, consider that most people will be using Panther after a while and therefore more help will be available to you should there be any issues. My .02 Cheers, Richard --
