Hi, 

Moved up from a wallstreet to a 500mhz ibook today, when the latter arrived
in the mail after an ebay purchase. Wonderful machine! okay, so here I go,
first of probably thousands of questions.
The lid opens very 'squeekily' like it needs lubrication. Any suggestions on
exactly where, and using what type of lube?
Also, the ibook arrived with the box mostly empty. Can anyone tell me what I
should have received in the box?
