well, I finally got _something_ up:

I included G4 PowerBooks infos as well.

A big thank you to those who supplied information! If anyone else has a 
'Book with an optical drive model I haven't listed I'll be pleased to add 
them to the page. Info needed is the 'Book model and its mhz speed, and 
the optical make and model number and its capabilities (eg: DVD/CD-R/W, 
etc.) Apple System Profiler is the best place to get that info.
