[iBook] internet connect problem

Well the difference between 10.1 and 10.3 is huge. Does your ISP have a 
timeout, you do have a time out on your internet settings, what type of 
ISP do you have DSL, Cable, dial up. How often does this happen, is the 
interval the same every time or change by a noticeable difference each 
time.
