[iBook] Word 2001...Bingo!!

I  did it!!
I did went into preferences, fiddling only with Keyboard and mouse 
panel didn't made it quite...but while there, I saw a panel named 
"International".
This is where I finally unchecked all kind of languages support that I 
don't need, and that I also had the opportunity to check
the French canadian option box, and in roman, I removed French, and in 
the customize sorting box, I choose French canadian...this made the 
trick!
