[iBook] iBook hard drive upgrades?

My iBook G4's 60 GB hard drive is pretty close to full.  Problem is, I 
have already off-loaded most of the "expendable stuff" to an external.  
Therefore, I am planning on upgrading.

The largest internal drive for an iBook I have come across is 80 GB.  
Do they come any bigger, and where could I get one if they do?
