Thanks, it's done! I've added RAM to other laptops (Toshiba specifically) so I wasn't afraid. However, one of the screws was tightened down quite a bit so I had a tense moment trying not to strip it. Anyway, the RAM's in and I'm a much happier camper than before. Everything's snappier, and the FUS is very cool!
