[P1] iBook Battery not charging

I thought of that, and got a new one.  The Adaptor plug glows green, 
not yellow, so it's not charging.  The battery icon shows an AC plug.  
I downloaded XBattery, and it shows 15.972 V, and a battery level of 
0%.
