"are you surprised" macro virus .. How to fix?

Seems my wife got a nice going away (into maternity leave) present from her
job ..  A virus that wants to rename recovered MS word docs after a crash as
"Are you surprised.doc" ...

I even found some documentation on it

And since I am paying 99$ a year for .mac .. I thought I finally download
Virex for this happy occasion (heavy download limits here .. Thus I never
bothered) ... 

And after many hours of scanning all files .. Virex tells me that all is
fine and all files are clear ...

Now what ??? 

Any experiences ??? Solutions ???
