[P1] OT: Setting up Public Wi-Fi

Well, I did it this summer when my cousin was ill and I was staying 
there...drove around to hunt the neighborhood, but didn't know about 
MacStumbler....their 386 was slower than glue and I was hunting a 
faster solution!
