AddressBook Printer

I'm still holding on to Classic so that I can use a program named 
AddressBook which is so nifty at printing my addresses into a small 
address book which I can carry wherever I go.  I've tried others, but 
this is the best I've found, but I see that there is a program with the 
above name which claims it does something similar in Panther or maybe 
X.  Do any of you use it and if so, can you tell me how it arranges 
things and even show me a typical page from it?
