[P1] Finally a way to run Apple DVI displays from an iBook

Much to my surprise there appears to already be another adapter available. I
have only found the page in German but it may be available in English in
other places.

The company is called SDI-Munich and has a site at:

The product group is from Gefen Inc. And is called the VGA-ADC conversion
box, part number: 751-03-002, Price: 263 Euro (excluding Tax).

Both converters appear to be limited to the standard 'mirror' display
resolutions of 1024 X 768 and a 15 ADC display but still...

Dr. Bott's adapter mentions the firmware hack may allow other resolutions
but of course at 'your own risk'...
