[iBook] iBook G4 Ram Questions and other rambles

Hi,

I have a RAM question for a new G4 iBook 1.2MHz

In looking to buy extra ram for the computer and going to dealram: (

I discovered that just from 1-800-4memory they have 4 different kinds of 
512MB ram prices 2 for generic and 2 for samsung so how do they differ? and has 
anyone used samsung memory in an ibook g4?

I also found ram from corsair,  crucual,  geil,  kingmax,  Kingston,  and 
misc others (see below) so which makes the most sense when you dont factor price? 
and how do they all different as i am new to this.

Also, where to buy from like if i use 1-800-4memory they have 4 choices and i 
really can only see that 2 are generic and 2 are samsung and the price varies 
from $79.99 - $105.00 sooooo its kind hard to make heads or tails out of this.

Any and all help would be much appreciated like when you buy memory direct 
from apple what kind is it?

Apple ram prices are pretty crazy so i want to buy on my own but need help 
getting this explained to me and also as i said where to buy from suggestions 
would be greatly appreciated.
