Allen, you are * so * wrong. You are contributing, big time: When I read the thread I couldn¹t remember what my Entourage X problem was caused by (same thing - downloading from one ISP, checked attachments etc). The solution was that the Entourage database on my computer was too big and/or corrupt. Whittling it down and rebuilding it helped if I remember. But the culprit was on my computer, not the ISP. Entourage 2004 btw is not susceptible to that it seems. That app - by itself - was publicly available at one point btw. -Tobias. At times, I would get the spinning beach ball when trying to preview the next message ... the hard drive goes nuts for 1 - 2 mins as if Entourage is hung (but it isn't). Maybe I should rebuild the database as Brian suggested. -Allen
