[iBook] iBook keys wearing off

I have had my G4 iBook for about one month now, and already I am  
noticing that the keys are wearing off!  It isn't very bad yet,  what  
what will happen down the line?  I would seem that the letters would  
be a little more resilient.

So far, the "S" is about half gone, and the "N" is starting to show  
wear. Has anyone else encountered this?  How bad does it get?  Will I  
have letters on my keys at all after a year of use?
