[iBook] Backing up iBook G4

Me too, and I have no complaints either...

I have an old, mostly unusable iBook here (hard drive 
dead), but in the past when my current iBook has needed 
repair and had to be sent away for a few days, I just 
plugged the CMS drive into the old iBook and had a 
fully-functional computer with all my current settings, 
preferences, data, etc. And obviously I could boot my 
friend's iBook or any similar machine from the CMS drive 
and have the same (or close) functionality.
