[iBook] shifting, dragging and dropping

Have you tried removing the keyboard?  When i had a key pop off, I  
was able to re-seat it more easily by removing the keyboard so that I  
could press one finger from the underside of they keyboard at the  
same time I was pressing they key into the top side.
