A kernel panic of this nature is usually due to one of two things: 1. your operating system is corrupted and needs reinstallation. 2. your RAM is bad. You need to begin by reinstalling the OS.. If it panics while running on the install CD, you likely have a RAM issue. RAM... 384mb is plenty for Tiger, if you're not running a lot of apps at the same time.
