[iBook] OSX loading

Hey all,
I have a G4 1.028 ibook with  768 mb ram  and  a cd rom no dvd  no burner.It's
my sons and he loves some game called "tori bash" the  newest  version
requires 10.4 or better and all he has is 10.39.How would he upgrade to 10.4?
Is it possible to get a cd copy and load it that way?
Any other hints or tricks to get 10.4 on?
