Yes. I tried iPodderX, but it's shareware and limited to 30 days. The
original iPodder (concept by "Pod-Father" Adam Curry) is open source
donation-ware, and quite adequate:

iPodder has a dynamic directory of podcasts for you to peruse and subscribe
to.

It automatically downloads your subscribed podcasts, copies them to iTunes,
and creates playlists for them.
