[iTunes] downloading podcasts - again.

after a couple of weeks of acting perfectly (iTunes downloading my podcasts at 3am), it has now started back to downloading them whenever I open iTunes.

can someone remind me where the magic switch is to tell iTunes not to do that? and why did it start doing it again even when I told it not to do so?
