I have a Radeon 7500, that doesn't have a fan. No problems, even after 
long hours playing Jedi Knight II! But I have only one monitor attached 
to it. Be aware that the Radeon 7500 (I don't know about the 4 MX) is 
only ADC + VGA: you cannot drive two Apple LCD monitors with it. (at 
least without expensive hardware that will digitize the VGA signals, 
loosing some quality in the process)
