iPod woes/OT

Hi everyone. well thanks for the replys (some of them at least) sorry about being off topic, but as was suggested, I didn't want to go look for the ipod fourms and post there. I thought that usually this list has some really insightful people and that maybe someone has delt with this issue before. It was not my intention to be off topic but I guess ill have to find a ipod list and ask them for and suggestions where to take it to get fixed.
