[CUBE] cube, no monitor and powerbook

hi ed:
the box looks so-so. the extra case has 2 big chips and so does the one 
in the cube. i went to an apple distributor and tested it with a 17" 
display. what a beauty!!
what do you think could be the cause of the sleep?
i know somebody in my building, but i don't dare ask him.
