Dayna scsi to ethernet link at Goodwill in Austin

hi folks
FYI:
I saw a Dayna scsi to ethernet link at Goodwill in Austin for $10

it looks like it connects to a powerbook scsi port and has an 
ethernet port and a 25 pin scsi port and  a scsi ID # selector wheel.

no power supply but looked like the coilied cable attached was a ADB 
pas through for power.
no software and not returns.

I guess it was for duos or powerbooks with out a PCmcia slot to get ethernet.
Are these super rare that anyone is after it?
