[G4] Updating to Panther Last?

We should not have to buy, there stupid updates, and bug fixes, until

e.g. Version ##
10.00 okay buy,
10.2 buy
10.5 buy
10.7 buy
11.00 Buy

because,
if we buy,

10.1
10.2
10.3
10.4
10.5
10.6
10.7
10.8
10.9
11.00
Paying allot more than usually. ( Just skip a few upgrades... 10.3 to 
10.6 )
Man that alot compare to those days, in OS 9
