Double icons on my OS9 desktop!

Anyway, now I've tried TechTool to rebuild the desktop and zap the 
PRAM, Disk First Aid, DiskWarrior, and Norton DiskDoctor.

I still have double icons...BTW how the heck can I have two files with 
the exact same names? I didn't think the OS would allow that.
