[G4] Epson Scanner Driver Reprise - Actual Error Msg

and connected to the computer."

Again, it is OSX.1, the driver is Epson Scan to File Utility 1.00E (the
latest offered for OS 10.1.2 - 10.1.5 and 10.2.

Does anyone know how to tell OSX to look and find a device, like the
Chooser in OS9?

I know the device is connected properly because the driver for OS9
scans perfectly.
