[G4] iTunes Volume Was: iTunes

I think the Quicktime version controls the basic sound circuit, and I 
really do think they are trying to protect our speakers, or maybe 
optimize for AAC.
  On a lighter note I re-installed iTunes manually downloading from the 
Apple site.
It now only occasionally quits unexpectedly at startup and messes up 
the fade-outs on a lot of tunes. (skipping or just gaps in the fade)
