[G4] 661-2877 power supply kit

Sorry to bother you, but yours is the only return on
the web for this part number search. Bought a 661-2877
power supply and fan kit, thinking  it was the quiet
kit. It came with a 400w Samsung PS and a Delta fan. I
think it's someone's old loud parts. No satisfaction
from seller. 

Can you confirm that the number is the Apple p/n for
the Quiet Fan Replacement Program?

Are you such an expert that you would know if they
sold quieter Samsungs later on? Why include a CPU fan?
