This is simple but it's worked for me, but I never knew what caused me to lose the internet originally. Unplug the ethernet, shutdown, then re-boot. Shutdown again, re-connect internet, and reboot. Mine was restored. Hopefully, yours will too. This is similar to renewing the DHCP. Ron/TN
