System Preference> TCP/IP > Using DHCP > renew DHCP Lease> IP
169.168.118.252

The Network Status shows the Ethernet Cable connected but has a self
assigned IP address. The button on the left is orange where before it
was green.

I manually put the following

IP 192.168.1.119
Sub 255.255.255.0
Router 192.168.1.1

DNS
68.140.128.10
68.140.128.11

After this the orange button turn green and indicated ethernet
connected to internet, but the browser still can not find the server.
