[G4] Help needed on G4 after power surge

While I can't help you fix the computer, what I can tell you is that  
almost all surge protectors on the market are junk. You need to spend  
at least $45 or so for a 2-4 outlet protector. Two good brands are  
Tripplite and Monster.
