[G4] G4 Powermac still wont startup

This means that there is nothing that is recognized as a blessed 
startup system, either on a CD or DVD or on a hard drive.  There may 
be a hard drive, but whatever might be on the drive is likely to be 
corrupted or not properly blessed.
