[G4] G4 Dead Speaker

Thanks for your help Mike.  It turned out that I had a problem with my 
KVM switch not taking the audio from the correct port!  The issue is now 
resolved and I can confirm that no speaker (or substitute resistor) was 
needed in the G4.
